Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end to end recruitment, selection and exit process
- Prepare employment contracts and inductions
- Understand and management of work rights and Visa’s
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of management and team members across the business, including external stakeholders.
- Conduct performance management and training activities as required.
- Be a company culture champion; manage the company reward and recognition program and other HR programs.
- HR Risk management and compliance
- Provide daily operational support to the local management team
- Ad Hoc Administrative Duties as required by the manager

- Demonstrated success in a similar role
- An organised and proactive approach to all processes and procedures
- Highly organised disposition with a strong administrative skill set
- Ability to resolve conflict at all levels
- Experience in handling confidential issues and case management
- Ability to deal with differing personalities and cultures and to liaise with people at all levels Outstanding verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- The successful candidate may be required to provide a current satisfactory police check.
