Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end to end recruitment, selection and exit process 
  • Prepare employment contracts and inductions 
  • Understand and management of work rights and Visa’s
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of management and team members across the business, including external stakeholders.
  • Conduct performance management and training activities as required.
  • Be a company culture champion; manage the company reward and recognition program and other HR programs.
  • HR Risk management and compliance
  • Provide daily operational support to the local management team 
  • Ad Hoc Administrative Duties as required by the manager

  • An organised and proactive approach to all processes and procedures
  • Highly organised disposition with a strong administrative skill set
  • Ability to resolve conflict at all levels
  • Experience in handling confidential issues and case management
  • Ability to deal with differing personalities and cultures and to liaise with people at all levels Outstanding verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • The successful candidate may be required to provide a current satisfactory police check.
