Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and management
  • Online and offline interviews’ arrangement and confirmation
  • Assist with the recruitment process, such as posting job advertisements, pre-screening candidates, engaging employers with shortlisted candidates etc.
  • In charge of replying to all the customer inquiries from emails, advertisements, and social media platforms
  • Assist the internal marketing team with recruitment tasks

Requirements:

  • Exceptional attention to detail skill
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the internal and external parties
  • 2-3 years of working experience in a similar role
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skill is required
  • Australian PR/Citizen
  • Previous experience in Real Estate and Finance industry is preferred
Salary: $55K-$65K plus super
