About the Role

An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Property Management to oversee and drive the performance of a growing property portfolio. This role is responsible for the strategic direction, operational management, and financial performance of the property management division. You will play a pivotal role in leading the team, enhancing service delivery, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the property management team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and service quality
  • Drive business development initiatives, including rent roll growth
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry regulations, and internal policies
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a head of property management role is preferred
  • Valid Agent Representative Certificate in Real Estate Practice
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • In-depth knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to drive business growth
  • Proficiency in property management systems and CRM platforms
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Mandarin or Cantonese language skills (highly regarded)

Salary: $120k -$150k plus super plus bonus
