They are now looking for a talented Head of Marketing and Sales to join them team and build a better futures together.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation and ongoing management of all aspects of marketing – creative concepts, strategies plans and campaign control.
- Sales channel coordination (internal & 3rd party agents)
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, clients, and external service providers to enable the sales process.
- Provide training & marketing support to all internal & external sales agents
- Effective KPI management for all internal & external sales agents
- Working alongside the development team and directors across each division.
- Media placement & management of advertising for brand alignment.
- Contribute to the marketing & sales events.
- Other marketing, sales, public relationship-related activities for project marketing.
Skills & Experience:
- At least five (5) years’ experience working in a similar role as manager under Master agents or property developers that experienced in project marketing & sales.
- Savvy with Social Media
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks.
- Someone who loves building relationships.
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Great organisation skills and time management
- Great Interpersonal Skills, mature and responsible, with a strong ability to develop and manage a team.
- Proficient in English & Mandarin
- Confident with can-do attitude, eager for self-improvement with vision to pursue career success.
Salary: $100K - $150K plus super plus commision
