About the Role
This role will play a key leadership role in overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting commercial decision-making, and ensuring the organisation runs efficiently and smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who can balance operational management with commercial insight and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Support the Managing Director in making informed and commercially sound business decisions
- Monitor the business progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Coordinate internal teams including recruitment, sales performance, budgeting, and training
- Establish and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and accountability
- Identify operational risks and implement practical solutions
- Foster a positive and high-performance team culture
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a management or senior operational role within the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of business operations, budgeting, and people management
- Demonstrated ability to make the right business decisions
- Proven leadership capability with experience managing and supporting teams
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Valid Australian working rights (PR & Australian Citizen is a must)
- Latest 6 months Police check and reference checks required
