FX and Securities Trader

Job Summary:

The FX and Securities Trader will oversee and complete foreign currency, equity and commodities trades on international financial markets.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversees and maintains the organizations’ market position.
• Executes transactions for company and clients.
• Advises clients on financial markets and fluctuations; do research on relevant products and markets
• Maintains current knowledge and close following of major markets including but not limited to commodities, FX, US Stocks, Hong Kong Stocks, Australian Stocks
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Use trading softwares ( IG, FXCM, MT4, Bloomberg & Tradebook)

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Thorough understanding of international markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of trading software and brokerages.
• Ability to study markets to identify patterns and indicators.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Economics or Finance required;
• Masters degree preferred.
