Floor Manager

Our client is a company’s brand specializing in luxury high tea. They are committed to providing the best natural products for customers and have accumulated a lot of valuable experience.

Now they are looking for a highly professional and ethical Floor Manager to join their team and manage a luxury high tearoom.

Main Duties/ Responsibilities

Customer Service / Customer Relation Management

• Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
• Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
• Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints

Team Management & People Development

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

Budgeting/ Reporting/ Marketing

• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
• Manage the restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
• Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
• Recommend ways to reach broader customers
• Creative innovation marketing strategy to maintain existing clients or making new clients

The Requirements:

• Solid experience in fine dining, luxury or hospitality industry or a similar role
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Strong client relationship building skills
• Ability to see the bigger picture and think outside the box
• Ability to organize event and function
• Ability to be banquet service bartender
• Good management and leadership skills
• Fluent in English, the second language preferred but not essential
