Finance Manager

A Melbourne based large development company is seeking for an experienced finance manager:

Responsibilities:  

• Financial Statement Analysis and advice 
• Group Taxation plan and advice 
• P/L Analysis, Cost/Expense Analysis, Revenue/Receivables Analysis, Sales and Profit forecasting and budgeting 
• Corporate Cash Flow Budgeting, Project Estimating, NPV Modeling 
• Bank Loan and Return Management 

• Supervision of daily accounting responsibilities such as bank reconciliation.
• GST, Income Tax and Payroll Tax – BAS, IAS 
• Fixed Asset Management
• Supervision and Verification of Financial Statements 
• Leader of group Internal Auditing Team 
• Liaison with ATO, Bank, and other key Stakeholders
