We are a specialist recruitment consultancy focusing in the Real Estate & Mortgage Brokering industry, based in Box Hill.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to source and secure high calibre candidates for various roles and meet recruitment targets.
- Work strategically with management to forecast, talent map, direct source, formulate go-to-market strategies, and meet deadlines for critical upcoming leads.
- Gain requirements from clients and work to fill these roles by whatever method and media are most appropriate, utilizing competency-based recruitment methods where necessary.
- Sign up new clients and be responsible for business development duties
- Advice and support clients to use best practice selection methodologies to ensure the talent we hire is aligned to People Capabilities, Culture, and Values.
- Write articulate and attractive job advertisements that will draw the attention of the very best talent.
- Manage the offer stage process end-to-end, including reference checks, contract management, verbal offers, and follow up.
- Innovate and execute continuous improvement initiatives throughout the recruitment life-cycle.
- Manage relationships with candidates to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the Employee Value Proposition to differentiate the firm in the talent market competitively.
Requirements:
- Hard-working, patience, driven
- A good team player
- Excellent work ethics
- Reliable and have excellent customer service
- Minimum of 3 years working experience
- Working experience in sales, customer service and BDM is not required but preferred
- Speaks excellent English and Chinese
- Australian PR/Citizen
- Having experiences in Real Estate Agencies, Development Companies, Construction Companies, and Finance industries is preferred
