This is a fast-growing property development company with significant projects across Melbourne. They are looking for a qualified Executive Assistant to support the team leaders and Managing Director.

They currently have an immediate opportunity for an Executive Assistant with excellent capability to deliver professional administrative support.

You will report directly to Managing Director. As an integral part of a team of collaborative administrative professionals you will excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Management of calendars and booking travel/accommodation (Domestic and international)
  • Assist in the arrangement of meetings and take minutes and identify actions required
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Financial management including reconciling accounts, expenses, claims and credit card statements
  • Maintaining electronic and hardcopy filing systems and databases
  • Preparation of documents and presentation
  • Finance team support including admin duties
  • Complete other ad hoc administrative duties as required

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years professional experience incorporating providing high level administrative assistance
  • Demonstrate advanced level of Microsoft Office skill especially on Microsoft Excel, e.g. able to read basic accounting reports, able to read floorplans.
  • A proactive and positive approach with a strong attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and the ability to prioritise
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Well-developed people skills including teamwork and negotiation skills

Salary: $75k-85k (inclusive of superannuation)
