Our client is a leading development group that creates luxury residential developments, world-class hotels and commercial spaces. They are now looking for an Executive Assistant who has a background in illumination and interior design to support the Manager Director.
What will you be doing?
- Provide a high level of business support to the Director
- Prepare and distribute regular team communication, review all incoming correspondence, manager caledar arrangement.
- Undertake market research, collate, analyse data and prepare reports and presentations on behalf of the Director
- Liaise professionally and build relationships with suppliers, obtain quotes from suppliers for project furniture, lighting and custom features and products, to ensure our client’s design needs carefully managed throughout
- Finish selections and preparing presentation and proposal documents
- Support lighting and illumination interio design
- Other ad hoc tasks
Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate must have:
- Qualification in Interior Design
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar design or assistant role
- A high standard of personal integrity, self-discipline and responsibility.
- Great skills in Powerpoint and other MS365 Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to organise themselves and others, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage continuous change and its consequences effectively
Salary: $75k - $100k plus super
