The Opportunity
Our client is Melbourne’s premium florist brand which sells romance to people. They are now hiring a dynamic Marketing Manager to develop and deliver strategic marketing promotions and campaigns. This is a fast-paced, full-time role that will require strong commercial acumen, creativity and a focus on delivering results.
Key duties of the position will include:
- Prepare materials (including copywriting product descriptions, prepare product images) for development of new eCommerce website
- Working closely with the Development and Design Team to Implement new strategies and improve UI/UX experience
- Regularly review eCommerce content including product descriptions, stock levels and functionality – proactively reporting your findings and solution suggestions
- Managing product images, categories and homepage images
- Work closely with digital marketing partners, SEO experts to coordinate traffic acquisition strategies including EDM, CRM, SEO/ SEM, paid, social and content
- Develop revenue growth strategies including pricing, mix assortment, promotion, inventory, refresh strategies and overall site functionality
- Manage user experience and back end online store (CMS) including product updates and uploads, promotional/ campaign management and content pages
- Maximizing site performance and enhance the consumer online shopping experience by leading the planning, scheduling, deployment, execution, and maintenance of all site content
- Able to answer customer enquires and provide good customer support services etc of marketing initiatives and promotions to deliver a superior customer experience
- Brand & communications management
- End-to-end management of all marketing channels including local area marketing, website, search, email, social media & advertising
- Building & maintaining key stakeholder and community relationships to effectively market the company
- Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Produce valuable and engaging content including graphic design, video editing and content copywriting for all channels
- Website maintenance and upgrading
- Manage and execute all web, SEO/SEM, eDMs and social media and influencer marketing activity
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field
- You have minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager
- You’re experienced in the development and implementation of successful marketing & social media campaigns across a variety of channels
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
- You’re familiar utilizing: Tik-Tok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and other social media channels
- Excellent in design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bilingual (Mandarin) is preferred
- Australia Citizen/PR/Full-time permission working VISA
Salary: $55k - $75k plus super plus bonus
