Our client is an emerging brand of delicately crafted jewellery and handbags. They are now looking for an E-commerce Assistant, an attention to detail number-savvy individual who will be a crucial part of a growing fashion accessory company.

Responsibilities:

  • Update stock and inventory across all platforms
  • Updating website banners, building landing pages and create promotions, ensure that online stores are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and furnished with accurate, up-to-date content.
  • Working closely with internal teams such as Design, Marketing and Finance to ensure website is up to date; Monitoring Google, Instagram and Facebook ads
  • Working with the team to ensure appropriate user interface and experience optimizations’ are made
  • Provide day-to-day office assistance to support smooth operations and maintain a productive work environment.
  • Assist with translation tasks
  • Manage online customer email inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Handle the organization and maintenance of company soft assets, including images and videos.
  • Assist with photoshoots for marketing materials and events as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-border business partners, facilitating effective communication and coordination.

Requirements

  • Has basic knowledge of Google Analytics for project management and reporting
  • Experience with SEO & knowledge of non-technical SEO best practices is preferred
  • Numerical and intermediate Excel skills are preferred
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to take on various responsibilities as needed
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
  • A proactive nature, fast learner, confident with acute attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team 
  • An Australian Driver’s license is required
