The Role
Your initial focus will be to take charge on a hotel development close to the CBD. You will be taking this project from builder engagement through to completion. You will work closely with the Development Director on this project as well as multiple future residential and commercial developments. These developments are very design focused and targeted to the niche market.
About You
This role will suit a candidate with a proven track record developing residential and/or commercial projects in a leadership position. Alternatively this role would also be suited for someone looking to step up into a leadership position and has the skill set to do so.
Some of the requirements/responsibilities or the role are, but not limited to:
- A bachelors degree in a relevant discipline is preferable but not essential depending on experience
- Full project life-cycle experience
- Experience in a leadership role is preferable, alternatively candidates with leadership capabilities will be considered
- Hotel experience is preferable
