Development Director

The Role
To support the continued growth of the company, it is required for a highly experienced Development Director to join the business. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will work across the full Development life cycle particularly managing the pipeline of projects. 

About You
This role will suit a candidate with a well proven track record developing residential and commercial projects in a leadership position, with extensive exposure in the industry.

Some of the requirements/responsibilities or the role are, but not limited to:

• A degree in Property, Construction or corresponding discipline
• Strong Property Development background including project delivery
• The preference is for experience in Retail & Commercial projects, including hotel, mixed use, apartment, office, and/or shopping centre
• Candidates from a mostly residential development background are welcome to apply however ideally you have had some exposure to a Commercial project and understanding of commercial yield
• Detail oriented with excellent negotiation as well as strong communication and relationship building skills.
