Customer Service Representative

If you have CFD background and have passionate in working in a Financial Services company, we would like to have you joining our client’s Globally Trusted CFD Broker team. They are now looking for a Temp Customer Service Representative to expand their dynamic team for their Chinese Desk.

Responsibilities:

• Process new account applications and onboard new clients    
• Update and configure existing accounts according to client demand
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure client needs are met
• Provide client support, including technical, operational, and basic trading
• Respond to client queries relating to account management
• Respond to incoming enquiries from clients via email, live chat, and telephone in a timely and professional manner
• Provide assistance in the creation and implementation of new procedures and processes

Requirements:

• Bilingual with native speakers of Mandarin and excellent English skills
• Diploma or Equivalent experience in the field is required
• Minimum 6 month of trading, FX or general finance work experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
• Comfortable using computer systems, trading platforms and other software applications
