Job Description:

  • General administrative support to Project team
  • Administration of both the Head Contract and Subcontracts, Supply Orders and the like
  • Manage RFI process
  • Document control, issuing of documents
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes
  • Call for subcontracts/ supply quotations
  • Prepare scope of works
  • Finalise subcontract documents
  • Prepare detailed summary of quotations trade by trade to enable analysis of trade quotations
  • Submission and negotiation of Head Contract variations, Notices of Delay, Extensions of Time and other Notices required under the Head Contract and/ or Subcontracts
  • Prepare reports for monthly PCG meetings
  • Prepare reports for monthly construction meetings
  • Arrange meetings as required
  • Liaise with all parties, Construction Team, Consultant, Clients, Authorities etc
  • Prepare and issue all required notices and the like required to administer the subcontracts and Head Contract
  • Ensuring payments are processed on time and in accordance with the agreed terms
  • Inputting purchase orders and invoices into accounting system and assisting with accounts payables and receivables where necessary
  • Assist with the preparation of progress claims and other claims
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned by your manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a CA
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Work efficiently. Hunger to learn to realise career advancement
  • Familiar with Office Microsoft, Word, Excel and Adobe Pro, Project
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work in a team
  • Proficient at reading plans
  • Sound understand of construction programming and administrative processes
  • Understanding of how to administer the Head Contract and Subcontracts
