A well established Commercial Real Estate is seeking talents with positive attitude, great energy and strong passion for Real Estate to join their dynamic sales team in Melbourne and Sydney.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to enquiries from vendors and buyers
- Arranging and conduct site visits and properties inspections
- Attending listing appointments, and managing relationships with both new & existing clients
- Generate new businesses through prospecting, referral and enquiries
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams including marketing, administration and property management to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Strong people skills with previous experience in Real Estate Sales is essential
- Agents Rep cert/Cert IV in Property (Minimum)
- Driver’s license and reliable access vehicle
- Professional presentation with strong communication skills both internal and external
- An understanding of the Australian commercial property market is essential
- MS Office suite proficient
- A strong network to work with
- Strong attention to details
- High level of initiative and time management skills
- Hands-on approach and “can do” attitude
Salary: $50k-$60k Plus Super Plus Bonus
