A well established Commercial Real Estate is seeking talents with positive attitude, great energy and strong passion for Real Estate to join their dynamic sales team in Melbourne and Sydney.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to enquiries from vendors and buyers
  • Arranging and conduct site visits and properties inspections
  • Attending listing appointments, and managing relationships with both new & existing clients
  • Generate new businesses through prospecting, referral and enquiries
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams including marketing, administration and property management to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Strong people skills with previous experience in Real Estate Sales is essential
  • Agents Rep cert/Cert IV in Property (Minimum)
  • Driver’s license and reliable access vehicle
  • Professional presentation with strong communication skills both internal and external
  • An understanding of the Australian commercial property market is essential
  • MS Office suite proficient
  • A strong network to work with
  • Strong attention to details
  • High level of initiative and time management skills
  • Hands-on approach and “can do” attitude
Salary: $50k-$60k Plus Super Plus Bonus
