Our client is an established market leading Real Estate agency. Continuing to experience growth and success from the team’s ability to work exceptionally well together with consistent and outstanding market results, they are now seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Property Manager to join their growing team in the Southeastern suburb.
Responsibilities:
- Manage 130 – 150 portfolios, with leasing and admin support
- Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Conducting periodical inspections
- Arranging rental repairs/maintenance
- Monitor and renew tenancy agreements
- Conducting Open Home Inspections
- General Leasing and Property Management duties
- Work on only 1 Saturday every 4-5 weeks with time in lieu.
Requirements:
- An immaculate appearance and confident phone manner
- Proactive and strong attention to detail
- Maturity and a strong sense of responsibility
- Customer service focus
- Displayed ability to multitask and prioritise work efficiently
- Positive attitude
- Have exceptional communication skills
- Hold a current Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Have a current Victorian Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle
- Have permanent residency in Australia
Salary: $70k - $85k package
