Responsibilities:
- Manage approx. 210 portfolios with Assistant Property Manager support
- Daily property management tasks
- Communicate with landlords and tenants
- Bond lodgment and claims
- Conduct open inspections, routine, ingoing, and final inspections
- Handling maintenance issues
- Prepare and attend VCAT
- Prepare and handle insurance claims & lodgments
- Recognise and follow through on opportunities to bring new business into the office portfolio
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in property leasing & management
- Agent Representative Certificate
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicles
- Good communication skills and strong customer service skills
- Strong team player with proven collaboration skills
- Skilled in leveraging all aspects of computer software
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, compliance, disbursement processes/requirements, and general property management
- Driven to achieve and exceed KPIs
- Australia PR / Citizen
Salary: $95k-$110k package
