About the Role:
Our client seeking an experienced and results-driven Channel Agent Manager to lead sales and agent relations for a landmark residential development in Melbourne with worldwide appeal.
This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in a high-profile project, collaborating closely with directors, internal teams, and a network of local, interstate, and international channel agents. The role is financially very rewarding, offering performance-based incentives that reflect the candidate’s success in driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and new channel agents locally, interstate, and internationally.
- Coordinate day-to-day communications and activities with channel agents, ensuring alignment with project strategy and targets.
- Plan, organize, and execute events and activations with channel partners to drive sales and engagement.
- Manage and oversee pricing lists, contracts, and sales documentation in collaboration with internal sales and administration teams.
- Work closely with directors and project leadership to monitor performance and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Provide regular reporting on channel activity, sales results, and market insights.
- Identify opportunities to expand the agent network and increase project exposure domestically and internationally.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a channel or sales manager in luxury or high-profile property developments.
- Established, demonstrable relationships with channel agents locally, interstate, and internationally.
- Strong track record of achieving results through effective agent management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams, including directors, administration, and marketing.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for events, meetings, and international agent engagement.
