CFD Sales Team Leader

Our client is a professional securities trading platform. The company provides access to numerous global markets, including currencies, CFDs, and commodities. You will play a pivotal role in Team Leader.

Responsibilities：

• Engaging prospective clients to drive FX and CFD Sales; by telephone, face-to-face, etc.
• Regularly preside over online classes.
• Host offline lectures from time to time.
• Prepare the market strategy report.
• Have a strong sensitivity to the financial market and be able to capture market changes.
• Strictly abide by compliance requirements and regularly participate in compliance training.

• Have a strong ability to withstand pressure and strong teamwork ability;
• Have strong leadership and creativity, and be able to lead the team to keep moving forward and exploring;
• Extremely passionate about the financial market
• Understand the basic teaching knowledge and how to use the MT4 platform
• Strong communication, strong expression skills
• A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or a related field is preferred
• RG146 Qualification Certification is preferred
• 2-3 years of working experience in the financial field (foreign exchange / CFD industry is preferred）
• English and Chinese speaking skill required（Cantonese speaking skill is preferred but not essential）
