Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of sales campaigns
  • Bring creativity and fresh ideas to assist in marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, offering proactive administrative assistance
  • Manage data entry and maintain up-to-date client databases
  • Monitor and replenish office stationery and supplies
  • Coordinate with the head office on technology, marketing, training, and team support needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar real estate support or administrative role
  • Positive attitude with initiative, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
  • A team player who enjoys a fun and energetic work environment
Salary: $60k-$70k plus super
