Key tasks:
- Handle incoming phone and email inquiries from prospective buyers
- Contact all open for inspection attendees
- Ascertain interested parties from open house inspections and record in campaign matrix for development
- Develop and manage a premium level buyer matrix/database
- Liaise with the seller regarding marketing and approvals
- Conduct private inspections to supplement open houses
- On-site preparation for open houses/auctions with impact
- Generate appraisals from OFI’s & database
- Generate listings from sales campaigns
- Attend appraisal meeting were necessary
Requirements:
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- High standards of attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn and with a strong passion in Real Estate
- Meets sales targets
- Vietnamese language skill is preferred
- Previous retail and customer service experience can be considered
- Able to work on Saturdays
- Agent Representative Certificate
Salary: $45K - $55K plus super plus commission
