Our client is looking for a self-motivated and driven Rental BDM to join their multi-award winning team. If you want to join a family orientated and fun team to work with current home owners, new investors, third party referrers, channel partners, prospective landlords and personal clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prospecting, listing & leasing new properties.
  • Establishing and maintaining a referral parties to bring in new leads.
  • Completing market appraisals to build up your pipeline.
  • Meeting daily and weekly prospecting KPIs.
  • Maintaining and updating your pipeline to maintain a good and healthy relationships with landlords.
  • Onboarding new clients with a focus on exceptional communication and service.
  • Providing feedback to marketing department for lead generation, collateral, marketing and promotional opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Previous business development experience in real estate.
  • Be a self-starter with a strong work ethic & willingness to learn with a can-do attitude.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, strong communication skills internally and externally
  • Exceptional presentation with a knock-out customer service attitude which means you thrive on building positive relationships & making your clients smile.
  • Outstanding prioritisation, time-management, multitasking, workflow planning & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to pro-actively identify what needs to be done & work independently to execute as well as work productively as part of a team with high attention to detail.
  • A commitment to quality, professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Registration Certificate, Drivers License and the recent six months’ police check.

Salary: $75k -$95k plus super plus bonus
