They specialise in providing customised foreign exchange services and international remittance solutions for businesses and individuals in Australia. Committed to delivering exceptional customer service, catering to international investors, import/export companies, new immigrants, international students, and global travelers, ensuring seamless and efficient financial solutions to meet customers’ needs. Now they are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Currency exchange market knowledge is preferred
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field
  • Australia PR / Citizen

Salary: $55k -$75k plus super plus uncapped bonus
