Responsibilities:

  • Provide 5 Star customer service
  • Prospect new clients to establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Create and manage your own database of prospects
  • Attend rental appraisals
  • Achieve realistic monthly KPI targets
  • Provide rental advice and support to our Sales Agents
  • Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Attend training session as required to to stay up to date with Property Management practices
  • Working closely with the Department Manager regarding planning

Requirements:

  • Have 2 years Real Estate experience in either Business Development or Property Management role
  • Have a valid Agents Representative Certificate
  • Passionate, real go-getter who enjoys prospecting and chasing leads
  • Confident in building positive professional relationships with clients
  • Accountability and drive to meet KPIs
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Leadership qualities as longer term this role could develop into a Team Leader

Salary: $60k - $70k includes super plus commission
