Our client is a professional Property Management company that manage residential and commercial properties Melbourne wide. They are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Help grow the rental roll and achieve annual growth target with the team
  • Source new business opportunities – appraisals, prospecting, listing appointments, etc
  • Manage existing and create new customer relationships
  • Identify key opportunities in the market and proactively engage them to secure new business
  • Build relationships with existing company contacts
  • Follow up on any rental leads passed through
  • Manage relationships with existing customers to maximise revenue opportunities

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar role
  • Well presented, professional and driven, ready for challenges
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Current Driver’s licence and a reliable car
  • Agent’s rep certificate
Salary: $65k - $100k plus super plus bonus
Location: Inner CBD location
