Our client is a well-known real estate development group which focus on property development, capital growth, and various investments. They are now hiring an Assistant Property Manager with great long-term prospects.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Managers to do administrative tasks related to Property Management
  • Manage and co-ordinate advertising and marketing of properties 
  • Liaise with tenants and owners
  • Rent arrears
  • Undertake Routine Inspections
  • Conduct Lease & Rent reviews
  • Prepare Lease Contracts and Condition Reports
  • Coordinate maintenance requests
  • Potential tenant reference checking
  • Prepare lease and renewal documentation  
  • General assistance to the rental team 

Skills & Experience:

  • Agents Representative Certificate
  • High level written and verbal communication skills 
  • Positive and professional ‘can do’ attitude
  • Victorian driver’s licence and reliable car
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred but not required
  • Proven previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Australian Citizen/PR

Working Hours:

  • 2~3 days per week
Salary: Hourly Rate depends on previous working experience and capability
