Assistant Property Manager

About:

Tasks:

• Daily property management tasks

• Communicate with Landlords and tenants

• Handling maintenance issues

• Conduct practical completion inspections, routine and final inspections

• Bond lodgement and claims

• Prepare and attending VCAT if required

• Prepare and handling insurance claims & lodgement

• Condition reports

• Leasing/Opening Homes

Requirements:

• Immediate start

• Have Agent Representative Certificate

• Minimum 6 months experience in property leasing & management, can manage 40 – 80 portfolios

• Have a valid driver license and own vehicles

• Able to work on Saturdays

• Good at teamwork and communication
