Our client is a Market leading Real Estate Agency locate at the Northern Suburb in Melbourne, they have an amazing opportunity for motivated individuals to join the experienced Property Management team, on a Full-Time basis as a Assistant Property Manager. The job provides an opportunity for a career-minded individual who is looking forward to a career growth in Property Management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in leasing activities, including responding to inquiries, scheduling property opens, and processing rental applications
- Conduct in-going and outgoing reports, routine inspections, and managing lease renewals
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
- Assisting the Property Management team where necessary
Requirements:
- Proven Administration experience in Real Estate is required
- Hold a current Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Australian PR or Citizenship
- Have a current Victorian Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle
- Outstanding communicator with excellent time management and negotiation skills
- Able to work well with set KPIs and be customer service-focused
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Proactive and strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and work ethics
- Able to work on Saturdays to schedule open inspections
