Our client is a Market leading Real Estate Agency locate at the Northern Suburb in Melbourne, they have an amazing opportunity for motivated individuals to join the experienced Property Management team, on a Full-Time basis as a Assistant Property Manager. The job provides an opportunity for a career-minded individual who is looking forward to a career growth in Property Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leasing activities, including responding to inquiries, scheduling property opens, and processing rental applications
  • Conduct in-going and outgoing reports, routine inspections, and managing lease renewals
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
  • Assisting the Property Management team where necessary

Requirements:

  • Proven Administration experience in Real Estate is required
  • Hold a current Agent’s Representative Certificate
  • Australian PR or Citizenship
  • Have a current Victorian Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle
  • Outstanding communicator with excellent time management and negotiation skills
  • Able to work well with set KPIs and be customer service-focused
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
  • Proactive and strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and work ethics
  • Able to work on Saturdays to schedule open inspections
