About the client
Our client is a leading global education organization headquartered in
Australia. The Head Office is located in Melbourne with Divisional
operations in UK, China, Europe and USA.
Tasks & responsibilities
• Reconcile raw data against suppliers and customers data base and reconciling items are
appropriately pursued to resolution.
• Assist with master data maintenance (including budgeting and project management
system-OA system)
• Help with preparing annual budget and ongoing Actual Vs Budget reporting.
• Coworking and instructing other departments going through a complicated project
expenses approval procedure with the OA system.
• Bank reconciliation, Balance sheet and General ledger reconciliation
• Help with preparing BAS, IAS, FBT and Income Tax
• Ensuring invoices and bills are processed accurately, in a timely manner and are appropriately authorized.
• Any other accounting related duties assigned.
Qualifications & experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Over 4 years related working experience in Australia.
• Significant experience in processing high volume of bills and invoices (AR and AP)
• Recent experience on Xero
• Experience with project management accounting

- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent reconciliation skills
- High levels of communication both written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner.
