Responsibilities:
- Taking care of all the incoming and outgoing calls at the front desk
- Managing and following up all the orders from the clients
- Schedule the daily stock delivery
- Assisting the stocktake and management
- Responsible for the customs’ related documents
- Manage the daily cash taking
Requirements:
- Outstanding customer service & telephone manner (client focused setting)
- Excellent English speaking and writing skill
- Proficient in using MYOB and Microsoftware
- Basic accounting knowledge is preferred
- Attention to detail
- Proactive and hardworking
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Willingness to learn
- PR / Citizen
Salary: $55K-$65K plus super
