Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage recruitment process including ad posting, screening & interview arrangement
- Conduct interviews and coordination of the pre-employment checks.
- Coordinate the on boarding process including, preparing letters of offer, generate of employee contracts, etc.
- Maintenance of employee files, ensuring all compliance requirements are current
- Document and update of HR policies and protocols, such as employment handbook, Sales Monthly Report, etc.
- Generate, manage and update annually and monthly training plans for each department
- Support of HR projects and business initiatives, as required
- Provide high quality HR Administration support to the Management team
- Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
- General administration / ad hoc duties
To be successful you will have:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Mandarin);
- Highly organized, planner and problem solver;
- Ability to produce high quality work with meticulous attention to detail;
- High levels of computer literacy;
- 1 – 2 years previous experience in real estate, administration and/or human resources area/s are preferable;
