Our client is one of the top agencies in Melbourne. They offer a wide range of property services from investment sales and leasing strategy to valuation, occupier services and asset management across Australia. They are now looking for an Administration Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- As a key support to the team, you will coordinate the preparation, updating and processing of specific files, ensuring our high standards of accuracy, completeness and timeline targets are met
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Administration and maintenance of records as requested
- Collate information for reports and other correspondence such as invoices, memos, letters, and financial statements
- Entering payments and billings into the system in a timely manner
- Coordinate, prepare, and follow-up responses concerning inward correspondence including email and phone messages
- Other administrative and secretarial duties as required
- Basic invoice processing
Requirements:
- High level of computer literacy
- A high level of enthusiasm and energy is a must for this role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Chinese speaking skill is preferred
- Ability to be proactive and use initiative
- Work both autonomously and within a team to ensure deadlines are met
Salary: $70k-$90k includes super
