The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Complete end to end file management and follow up client, lender and business contact liaison
- Client relationship management
- Answering incoming calls and replying emails
- Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Industry and Process knowledge would be considered
- A strong understanding of Microsoft office especially Excel and word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong data entry skills are essential and ability to learn quickly
- Highly organised & proficient at multi-tasking
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise appropriately
- A “can-do” attitude is needed
Salary: $40k-$65k Plus super
