The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Complete end to end file management and follow up client, lender and business contact liaison
  • Client relationship management
  • Answering incoming calls and replying emails
  • Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Industry and Process knowledge would be considered
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft office especially Excel and word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong data entry skills are essential and ability to learn quickly
  • Highly organised & proficient at multi-tasking
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise appropriately
  • A “can-do” attitude is needed
