Our client is one of the largest retail groups in Australia, total owns 11 retail stores crosses Australia. Now they are looking for an experienced and hard working Admin to join their big family.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining databases and providing general administration support.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Serving customers.
  • Handling financial transactions including issuing invoices and receipts.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
  • Good at Bookkeeping.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Australian PR / Citizen.
  • Has admin work experiences.
  • Computer literacy with intermediate PC and administration skills.
  • High level of organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Salary: $50k-$55k Plus Super +Return flights to China + Bonus
