Our client is a well-known Real Estate agency in Sydney who specialised in Residential and Commercial property transactions and management. They are looking for an Administration & Marketing Coordinator to join their young and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and management
  • Coordinating with daily work tasks for the internal team
  • Assisting with marketing event projects
  • Assisting with graphic designs
  • Daily management of social media platforms
  • Assisting with marketing data analysis (training provided)
  • Assisting with ad hoc admin tasks may require

Requirements:

  • Has at least 6-12 months of Real Estate industry Admin & Marketing related working experience is preferred
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Great multi-tasking skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic Photoshop skill is required
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher) 
  • Previous events planning work experience is preferred
  • Previous graphic design work experience is preferred
  • Australia PR or Citizen
Salary: $50k-$70k plus super plus bonus
