Our client is an established Real Estate market leader, continuing to experience growth and success. They are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join their Accounts and Sales team in their Southeastern office.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing Supplier and all invoices, as well as expenses regularly
- Calculating marketing expense for the sales properties
- Contact trust Accounts and Suppliers to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Maintain and update records
- Ad-hoc admin duties to the Account and Sales team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar Accounting/Administration role in the Real Estate industry
- Understanding of accounts process
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines effectively and prioritise tasks
Salary: $30 - $40 Plus Super Per Hour
