Our client is an established Real Estate market leader, continuing to experience growth and success. They are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join their Accounts and Sales team in their Southeastern office.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing Supplier and all invoices, as well as expenses regularly
  • Calculating marketing expense for the sales properties 
  • Contact trust Accounts and Suppliers to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Maintain and update records
  • Ad-hoc admin duties to the Account and Sales team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar Accounting/Administration role in the Real Estate industry
  • Understanding of accounts process 
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines effectively and prioritise tasks

Salary: $30 - $40 Plus Super Per Hour
