Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the end to end payroll function for the business across multiple offices
- Processing of payroll on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis depending on the function within the business
- Calculation and timely payments in accordance with legislation for Superannuation, Payroll Tax, and Workcover
- Invoicing Franchise networks and process account payables
- Deal with escalated and more complex payroll related queries and issues
- Ability to respond to staff payroll queries in a timely manner
- Coding compliance of Sales Invoices and Sales staff expenses
- Ad-hoc processes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years Payroll experience in dealing with and interpreting the Real Estate Award is preferred
- Proven experience in leadership positions within a high volume and multi-site payroll environment
- Strong Excel and reporting abilities
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of payroll and compliance legislation and changes
- Subject to details to ensure accuracy
- Ability to work to strict timelines for competing priorities
