The role

We are looking for a dedicated team player to assist with our accounts and office admin. 

• Accurate and up-to-date management of accounts payable and receivable
• Receive and verify billing and requisitions for goods and services
• Establish and maintain protocols for the use of credit cards
• Ensure that accounts receivable and payable are taken care of in a weekly manner
• Ensure correct management of each Client in Australia and China
• Ensure correct invoicing monthly to meet budget
• Client Filing and Account Filing management
• Inventory Management
• Office administration

Qualifications and Skills

You will possess basic bookkeeping ,filing and accounting skills. You know your way around a computer and ideally, have good experience with Zero accounting software and Excel Spreadsheet.

Other desirable traits include: 

• Ability to communicate well with a pleasant demeanour
• Self-confessed perfectionist but with good sense to know when something is good enough
• Love of learning new things even when they are difficult to grasp
• Enthusiasm for being involved in a unique industry with unique challenges
