The role
Due to the rapid growth of their business in the market and the number of projects they have in the pipeline, our client is now looking for an experienced and driven business development expert who has a proven track record in property sales and or procuring sales from network channels.

Key responsibilities include not are not limited to:

  • Ability to Build & sustain new business relationships
  • Oversee on-boarding & training processes for new sales channels
  • Manage your external selling groups on existing projects
  • Be on the road to present current projects to your selling agents

 

Skills & experience

To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience in selling apartments and townhouses. You will also possess a positive outlook with passion for your role with a great sense of humour, other key requirements include:

  • Consistent track record in property investment sales
  • Ability to communicate and present clearly
  • High level of networking and customer service
  • Skilled to think strategically and work autonomously

Salary: $40-$70k plus super plus commission
