The Position

Our client has big plans, hence the opportunity for a first class BDM/Property Manager to join the team. Your key role is to sign up new managements to grow the existing rent roll.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Finding and converting leads
  • Able to manage up to 120 rentals
  • KPI to bring in 60 new leads within 1 year
  • Routine inspections
  • Prospecting, networking and developing relationships with synergistic businesses
  • Meet with landlords and secure their business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and buyers
  • Provide advice to Sales Agents and landlords on rental values
  • Arrange and conduct rental appraisals
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as requested
  • VCAT experienced
  • Able to work 2-3 hours on Saturdays


The Person

In terms of your background our client is open. More important than your experience is your attitude and desire to succeed. Our client will consider applications from candidates with previous sales/BDM experience and a passion for property or alternatively you may come from real estate/property (as an existing BDM or perhaps a leasing consultant, sales assistant or agent or property manager)

In addition:

  • Have a flair for sales/winning business
  • Possess excellent presentation, people and communication skills
  • Have a proven track record in managing and developing a sales pipeline
  • Proven ability to close and negotiate effectively
  • Have a current real estate qualification and driver’s license
  • Be a team player
  • Dedicated and hardworking

Salary: $60k-$70k plus super plus bonus
