Job Description
- Developing the marketing strategy with a focus on areas for further growth and innovation, while still aligning with company objectives.
- Develop a pipeline of new referral agent networks for the company projects
- Maintain strong relationships with referrers, marketers and selling groups to achieve maximum sales and to meet monthly targets
- Strategic planning and relationship management to maximize sales opportunities
- Overseeing all collateral, PR, press, outdoor, media and digital marketing channels
- Manage web presence including SEO, design & content strategies, including management of the CMS and hosting infrastructure
- Utilize customer data and conduct market research for optimizing marketing campaigns
- Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications and management of the marketing budget
- Ensuring legislative, privacy and business compliance across all activity
- Provide team leadership, performance management and professional development of all direct reports.
Skills and experience
- 5+ years of combined experience or knowledge in marketing, real estate industry and branding, with proven industry records
- Prefer property developer background
- Previous experience in working with channel agents is highly desirable
- Strong networking and relationship management skills
- Strong understanding in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, or proper software’ experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Native level English required
