A well known Real Estate Agency in the Southeastern Suburb is hiring a Chinese speaking Marketing Admin.
Responsibilities: 
o Coordinate arrangements for all events and meetings 
o Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related matters 
o Liaising with the Sales & Rental Departments 
o Assist with preparing budgets and provide periodic progress reports to Director for 
each event project 
o Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process 
o Develop and implement marketing strategies in line with company objectives 
o Provide support and assistance in planning, producing, and delivering marketing and 
communications materials 
o Prepare written materials including some marketing copy, business communications, 
reports, and presentation scripts 
o Be responsible for ensuring accuracy in information and proofreading 
o Maintain websites and look at data analytics 
o Manage campaigns on social media 
o General administrative duties as required 
o Other general duties as determined by Director 
To be successful you will have: 
o Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Mandarin) 
o Highly organized, planner and problem solver 
o Ability to produce high quality work with meticulous attention to detail 
o High levels of computer literacy 
o 1-2 years previous experience in marketing administration is preferential
