You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to manage all of the marketing and creative for each project as well as helping to strategies taking projects to the market. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assist in preparing tailored marketing campaigns & monitor budgets
- Assist in sourcing display suites, managing fit out, styling & launching events
- Manage marketing packs & collateral for the display suites
- Conduct competitor research
- Conduct market research, sales history research and local demand & supply analysis
- Manage agents, buyers, and settlement agents, manage settlement process
- Manage company & external parties relationships
- Execute branding strategy for each project
- Manage all social media, web uploads, booking print media & signage
- Creative on new ideas and initiatives to help increase sales
- Execute corporate branding and marketing set out by Marketing Manager
About You
This role will suit a candidate coming from a development or agency background where you have ideally gained exposure to marketing various projects. It is anticipated you will have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, ideally with tertiary qualifications in relevant professions. It is critical to be able to work under high pressure due to budget and time constrains. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in real estate marketing is essential
- Ability to bring creative ideas & concepts to the table
- Self-motivated with a creative streak & passion for marketing
- Ability to maintain good relationships with external parties
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Strong eagerness to learn and grow in the property marketing industry
