You will work closely with the Development Manager and Development Director to gain exposure to the full development lifecycle on multiple residential and commercial developments. These developments are very design focused and targeted to the niche market. Your role will include management of consultants/design, planning applications, construction delivery through to settlement etc.
About You
This role will suit a candidate coming from a development, Project Management consultancy or construction background where you have ideally gained exposure to residential or commercial developments. It is anticipated you will have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, ideally with tertiary qualifications in relevant professions. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the development lifecycle and will have an appreciation for design quality. It is critical to be able to work under high pressure due to budget and time constrains.
