Responsibilities :
- All rounded professional office skills
- Answering incoming calls and make direct outbound calls
- Keep city office daily operation
- Collecting mail, filing, office supplies orders etc
- Writing and preparing reports, report to management on regular basis
- Office Facilities management and maintenance
- Liaising with third parties and consultants
- Working closely with management
- Adhoc admin duties as required by managers
To be successful in this roll, you will have:
- Excellent communication both verbal and written in English and Mandarin
- At least 1-year experience in similar roll
- Familiarity with local legislation & regulations
- Understanding of current real estate market
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to cope high workflow pressure.
- Australia PR or Citizen is a must
