Responsibilities :

  • All rounded professional office skills
  • Answering incoming calls and make direct outbound calls
  • Keep city office daily operation 
  • Collecting mail, filing, office supplies orders etc 
  • Writing and preparing reports, report to management on regular basis
  • Office Facilities management and maintenance
  • Liaising with third parties and consultants
  • Working closely with management
  • Adhoc admin duties as required by managers

To be successful in this roll, you will have:

  • Excellent communication both verbal and written in English and Mandarin
  • At least 1-year experience in similar roll
  • Familiarity with local legislation & regulations
  • Understanding of current real estate market 
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to cope high workflow pressure. 
  • Australia PR or Citizen is a must
