Premium CFD Sales

Company Overview

Our client is an Australian online financial trading Company that specialises in foreign exchange (Forex) and contract for difference (CFD) trading. They are now looking for a Premium CFD Sales to join their team.

About the Role

This role focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients while converting qualified leads into active traders. You will play a key role in driving revenue through client acquisition, retention, and ongoing relationship management within the premium segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into funded trading accounts
• Manage and retain an existing portfolio of premium clients, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction
• Drive client funding (net deposits) and trading activity through proactive relationship management
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your client base
• Maintain consistent client communication and provide market insights where appropriate
• Ensure all activities align with internal compliance and regulatory requirements
• Track performance through CRM systems and meet monthly KPIs across account openings, funding, and qualitative metrics

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in CFD/Forex sales or financial services sales
• Strong understanding of financial markets and leveraged trading products
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive revenue outcomes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Mandarin language skills are highly regarded
• RG146 certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable in a performance-focused environment
