About the Company

Our client is a Melbourne-based well-established real estate agency specialising in residential sales, leasing, and property management, known for its personalised service and strong local market expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing an existing residential portfolio of approximately 170–180 apartments
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management
  • Handling VCAT matters when required
  • Ensuring compliance with Victorian tenancy legislation
  • Working closely with administrative and inspection support teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager within a real estate agency
  • Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio independently
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience using PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate, and Inspection Express (preferred)
